Where the circle gathers.
Heart-centred gatherings rooted in Hawaiian wisdom, movement, and community.
Some healing arrives in the hands. Some arrives in the circle.
Alongside one-to-one lomilomi, Anam Aloha holds gatherings where Hawaiian practice, breath, voice and warmth are shared together. Each one is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and arrive home to yourself.

Did you know that Ho'oponopono is a lot more than just the well-known four sentences? It is a traditional Hawaiian healing practice that can address themes in your life that don't seem to flow, to clear up unfinished issues, and to create balance and harmony in your life again.
In a Ho'oponopono session you look for those places in your life where it is stuck. These are the places that ask for healing. Together, in circle, we hold space for what wants to be released, restored, and made whole again.
Flying Dance Meditations.
The Flying Dance Meditation is a Hawaiian movement meditation like no other. Flowing and infinite movement set to Hawaiian music. Little more is needed to let you experience the loving aloha spirit of Hawai'i.
No dance experience needed, only a willingness to let go, move freely, and arrive fully in your body. Whether you are new to movement practices or a seasoned dancer, the Flying Dance Meditation meets you exactly where you are.
Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath.
An ancient heart-opening ritual meets the healing power of sound. We gather in ceremony with ceremonial cacao — prepared with intention and shared in circle — then move into a deep sound bath as live music washes through the space. A gentle, grounding experience for the nervous system, the heart, and the spirit.
Each ceremony opens with an intention-setting, followed by the sharing of ceremonial cacao. A guided sound bath using voice and live instruments carries the group deeper, creating space for stillness, release, and reconnection. The ceremony closes gently, with time to rest and integrate.
