Practice details
Anam Aloha is a lomilomi and bodywork practice operated by Aoife, based in Zoetermeer, Zuid-Holland, the Netherlands. Anam Aloha is registered with the Kamer van Koophandel (KvK). The KvK number is available on request.
Scope of services
Anam Aloha provides lomilomi Hawaiian bodywork and related massage treatments. These services are wellness treatments and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. If you have a medical condition, please consult your healthcare provider (huisarts) before booking.
Booking & appointments
Sessions are booked via Treatwell or by contacting Anam Aloha directly. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions. All sessions are by appointment only and are for one person at a time.
Please arrive a few minutes before your scheduled session so we can begin gently, without rush.
Cancellation & rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be charged the full session fee. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full session fee.
If Anam Aloha needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative time or a full refund.
Pricing & payment
Current prices are listed on Treatwell. All prices include BTW (VAT) where applicable. Payment is due at the time of the session unless otherwise agreed. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer (iDEAL), cash, and payment via Treatwell.
Anam Aloha reserves the right to adjust pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect sessions already booked at the previous price.
Health & safety
Before your first session, you will be asked about any health conditions, injuries, allergies, or medications that may be relevant. You are responsible for providing accurate information. This is not a medical intake but helps ensure your session is safe and appropriate.
Anam Aloha reserves the right to decline or modify a treatment if there are concerns about your health or safety. In such cases, you will be offered a referral to an appropriate healthcare professional where possible.
Consent & boundaries
Your consent is fundamental to every session. You may ask to stop, pause, or adjust the treatment at any time and for any reason. Your comfort and your boundaries are always honoured. Nothing happens without your ease.
In accordance with Dutch law, Anam Aloha maintains clear professional boundaries at all times. The relationship between practitioner and client is strictly professional.
Confidentiality
Everything shared during a session — whether spoken or observed — is treated as confidential. Your personal information and session details will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by Dutch law.
Liability
Anam Aloha carries professional liability insurance (beroepsaansprakelijkheidsverzekering) as required for bodywork practitioners in the Netherlands. Anam Aloha is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the premises. To the extent permitted by Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek), liability is limited to the amount covered by the professional insurance policy.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with a treatment or any aspect of your experience, please raise this directly with Aoife. Complaints will be handled respectfully, confidentially, and within a reasonable timeframe. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may contact an independent disputes body in the Netherlands.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, images, design, and branding — is the property of Anam Aloha and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in The Hague (Den Haag), the Netherlands.
